We guarantee that every hardwood product that we manufacture will be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase and will provide the original purchaser with satisfactory service, under normal use, for at least ten years.
If any hardwood product that we made, or any part thereof, should break under normal use within the first ten years after purchase, the original owner may return it to us at his or her expense for our inspection. If we decide, at our sole discretion, that the problem was caused by a defect in material or workmanship, we will either repair or replace, at our discretion, the part with an original or an equal or better part if the original is no longer available.
If we decide the part broke due to any kind of abuse or incorrect assembly, we will still repair or replace it as needed, but we may, at our discretion, charge the cost of the part to the owner. In any case, the owner will be responsible for the shipping and handling to and from our shop, as is common practice, and may be required, at our discretion, to produce the original bill of sale or invoice to validate the warranty.
